QR Conduite – Instant mobile access to field procedures
A zero-friction QR code journey that gives field teams instant access to mobile-friendly SharePoint procedures and guidance.
Context
Field teams needed rapid access to guidance and procedures directly on site, in situations where every second matters during an intervention.
Problem
Information was scattered, mobile access was not smooth, and finding the right resource caused delays, ambiguity, and avoidable risks.
Solution
I structured a QR code system pointing to SharePoint pages and document libraries organized by use case, with a simple path: scan, dedicated page, direct access to documents, then business redirects when needed.
My role
End-to-end project lead: requirement gathering, workshop facilitation, documentation, field alignment, journey design, implementation, rollout, and post-production adjustments.
