Unit Output – Real-time dashboard & multi-channel distribution (CNPE)
A Power BI dashboard fed automatically and distributed across SharePoint and field screens to make unit output visible in a consistent way.
Context
At the CNPE, teams need simple and reliable visibility into unit output so they can quickly inform stakeholders, including people on the field.
Problem
Data retrieval was manual or fragmented, information was not easily accessible on every medium, and distribution across multiple SharePoint sites or field screens lacked standardization.
Solution
I implemented an automated data collection and refresh pipeline, then designed a Power BI dashboard with clear summary views and KPIs before publishing it across multiple SharePoint sites and field information screens.
My role
Requirement framing, support and refresh definition, automation setup, data model and KPI design, SharePoint/screen rollout, monitoring, and iterative enhancements.
