Power Lists – Mobile catalogue for multi-site SharePoint lists
A responsive Power Apps hub that provides fast access to SharePoint lists spread across multiple sites through a unified mobile experience.
Context
Field teams had to consult lists spread across multiple SharePoint sites, with a strong need for speed and simplicity on mobile.
Problem
Native SharePoint navigation was not very practical on mobile, and information lookup was slow, especially when moving between sites.
Solution
I implemented a responsive Power Apps application acting as a hub: site selection, list selection, consultation, search, and filtering from an interface designed for field usage.
My role
Project lead: requirement gathering, documentation, journey design, implementation, optimization, and operational maintenance.
