PDP – Appointment booking & slot management

An appointment booking app that centralizes slots, approvals, and notifications in a single flow.

Context

Appointment booking needed to be centralized to better manage schedules, requesters, and approvals.

Problem

Manual exchanges caused slot conflicts, poor visibility, and a process that was too slow for users.

Solution

I framed and implemented an app where users can choose a slot, confirm the request, track status, and trigger notifications, supported by availability business rules.

My role
