GDA – Access requests & permissions management (Power Apps)
A Power Apps application to centralize access requests, roles, and approvals with stronger traceability and less manual work.
Context
User role and access management relied on heterogeneous exchanges, while profiles and permissions needed tighter operational follow-up.
Problem
Requests were handled through email or Excel, leading to delays, limited traceability, error risks, and poor visibility into who did what and when.
Solution
I designed a Power Apps application to create and track access requests, manage roles and assignments, keep a full action history, and automate notifications and approvals with Power Automate when needed.
